Student ministry is the life-blood of any thriving church. We dream of building a student ministry at Oak Hill that impacts the city of Nashville in a powerful way. Our desire is to raise up an army of passionate Christ followers who devote their lives to God's Kingdom. Come help us build the kind of student ministry every church dreams of having.
Student Ministries Pastor
Volunteer
Responsibilities:

Lead all facets of student ministry, including a weekly youth service and discipleship stystems, creating a unique identity for the student ministry of Oak Hill.

Recruit, train, and lead a robust team of passionate volunteers to serve in these ministries.

Schedule activities for students.

Develop security procedures to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the students of OHA.

Oversee all ministry spaces and equipment supporting student ministry at OHA, ensuring an inviting, safe and affective environment for students to learn and grow as Christ Followers.

Serve as part of the pastoral team of Oak Hill Assembly, attending a weekly staff meeting, providing pastoral care to the students and families as needed, and leading, assisting, or participating in activities of our church.

Be faithful in your example as a Christ Follower in word and conduct.
