Kids Pastor
Part-Time
Do you love kids and see their value to God's Kingdom? Are you a driven, self-starter with a passion to see kids become all God wants them to be? Oak Hill Assembly is a great place to embrace your calling. We are searching for a highly-motivated follower of Christ to serve our children and families as Kids Pastor.
Responsibilities:

Lead all facets of children’s ministry in support of services at Oak Hill, including weekly kid’s service, nursery, and preschool ministry.

Recruit, train, and lead a robust team of passionate volunteers to serve in these ministries.
-
Coordinate Scheduling of volunteers through planning center online.
-
Develop security procedures to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the kids of Oak Hill.

Oversee all ministry spaces and equipment supporting children’s ministry at Oak Hill, ensuring an inviting, safe and affective environment for Kids to learn and grow as Christ Followers.

Serve as part of the pastoral team of Oak Hill Assembly, attending a weekly staff meeting, providing pastoral care to the kids and families as needed, and leading, assisting, or participating in activities of our church.

Be faithful in your example as a Christ Follower in word and conduct.
Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience serving in Kids Min (volunteer or paid staff).

At least 2 years college or ministry training.

Strong pastoral recommendation.
-
Strong work ethic and willingness to serve.

Strong leadership skills and understanding of pastoral ministry.

Background check.

Nursery and Pre-K Coordinator
Part-Time or Volunteer (1-5 hours per week)
We are looking for a loving, detail-oriented leader who is passionate about caring for our little ones. The Nursery and Pre-K Coordinator will work closely with the Children's Pastor to provide and inviting, nurturing and safe environment for our babies, toddlers, and pre-k children.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate with paid and volunteer staff to ensure all positions are covered

Oversee the nursery and pre-k spaces.

Oversee curriculum for nursery and pre-k.
Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience in nursery and pre-k ministry

Nursery and Pre-K Care Giver
Part-Time or Volunteer (3 hours per week)
Do you love babies and little ones? Do you have experience as a care-giver to this age group? We need you! Come join a fun and loving team to help provide first-class care for our children.

Kids Ministry Intern
Volunteer (5 - 10 hours per week)
